About Liz Houghton

Liz has had a long career in corporate America (and Europe) and  been licensed as a Realtor since 2005.  But, she has been renovating homes for much longer than that.
 

Prior to reinventing herself in the real estate industry, she started and managed a marketing consulting firm based in Silicon Valley in the San Francisco Bay Area.  During the 18 years or so she owned this business she invested in real estate and flipped more than a few homes herself.  

Then when she became a realtor she started finding investment properties for her clients in California and Georgia and project managed the renovation of many of them herself.

Liz understands the process and has a depth of experience in where to spend the money to get the biggest bang for your renovation buck - and because she is also an active realtor she knows what the current local buyer wants.

She has formed a relationship with a nationwide prelisting renovation company making it possible to do anything from cosmetic updates to a full renovation without the homeowner having to pay for the work until the house sells.

Liz has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell residential and investment property and will ensure your property is represented to the highest standards.

For almost 10 years now Liz had been working with senior home owners, often moving into senior living communities - and families facing probate because they often didn't have the funds - or couldn't access them - to make improvements to the properties even though it would likely increase the final sales price so significantly.

Liz does have specialized training in these areas which adds to her ability to provide a personalized and compassionate service to her clients.
