And, when you hire us to help you buy or sell a home all project management fees are at no additional charge.  All fees are included in the commission you would pay a regular real estate agent that will just put a sign in the yard and not understand the particular timelines and challenges this later in life move may involve.

We know the local area well, and unlike many real estate agents that treat this decision like any other transaction, we understand it is a big decision that may take a little time - because it is about much more than the view.  We will understand and respect your goals and timeline.

And, if you prefer not to look at lots of homes in person we will not only show you the "salesy video", we'll also go to the house and take a video of the sort of things you really want to see like the condition of the furnace, whether the windows are double paned and the doors work smoothly and perhaps if the garage is large enough to fit the stuff you should have let go of by now but haven't!
